<TERMS AND CONDITIONS>

1) I must recieve HALF the commission fee I start making the plushie. I take 2 payments, the 1st before i start the plushie, and the 2nd one after i have finished it before i send it. With out the 2nd payment + delivery cost i wont make the delivery.
2) I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission request.
3) No refunds are given if a request is canceled, either by requester after i have started the plushie. Please, no rude nor annoying emails!!
4) The requester cannot change a commission request after it has been made and the final designs and it has been confirmed.
5) If a buyer cancels the request, a refund will not be given if payment has already been made. Sorry, i think this is fair due to the buying of the materials and so.
6) Full payment is due within three days of acceptance if you are paying by Paypal. Seven days if you are paying by money order or deposit(mexico only). International buyer have Paypal as the only payment method. Every payment must be in US Dollars.
7) A failure to pay within the designated amount of time will result in your request being canceled.
8) All requesters must agree to pay full shipping costs on their Plushies. If you want shipping insurance, please request it first.
9) Plushies do NOT have removable clothing unless requested.
10) Sorry, no returns.

Plushes with extra details will cost more. If ur not sure if your character falls in this category, please write to me for an estimate.

< PLACING AN ORDER>

If you've read the term and you agree to them, then write me an email titled "Plush request for (Character name)", including:

Your Name and Address:
Character Name:
Series:
Outfit(if applicable):
Plush Size: UFO(7-10") or Mini(4-5")
Include images of the character as attachments. A front view, back view and facial close-up of the character are required. Do not send low resolution images. If so, i will have to cancel your request.

<TERMINOS Y CONDICIONES>

1) Debo recibir la MITAD del costo total del pedido antes de que empieze a hacer el plushie. Son 2 pagos de mitad y mitad, pero debo recibir la primera mitad antes de comenzar y la 2da+ costo de envio cuando indique que ya termine el pedido. No se enviara a menos que se pague la 2da mitad.
2) Me reservo el derecho de rechazar o cancelar alguna peticion.
3) NO hay devolucion de dinero si el pedido fue cancelado. Por favor! No me escriban correos amenazadores o hostigadores acerca de su pedido, no me obliguen a cancelarlo!!
4) El pedido no puede ser cambiado despues de que haya enviado el diseño final y lo hayamos confirmado.
5) Si el comprador cancela el pedido ya empezado, no puedo regresar el dinero, ya que habria sido utilizado para la compra de materiales.
6)El pago total en Paypal debera ser dentro de 3 dias a partir de la fecha en que lo acepte. 7 dias si es por deposito de banco (Bancomer). Los compradores internacionales deberan depositar en Paypal unicamente. Todo pago debera ser en Dollar (excepto que vivan en Mexico, sera el equivalente en M.N.)
7) El fallo de pago dentro del tiempo designado resultara en la cancelacion del pedido.
8) Todos los que hagan pedidos deben acceder a pagar el monto total del envio. Si desean pagar aseguranza de envio, por favor de indicar al inicio.
9) Los plushies no tienen ropa removible a menos que se indique.
10)No hay devoluciones.

< COMO HACER UN PEDIDO>

Si ya leiste todas las condiciones y terminos, y estas de acuerdo, escribeme un email con el titulo "Pedido de plushie de (Nombre del personaje)", que incluya:

Tu nombre y direccion:
Nombre del personaje:
Serie:
Atuendo (describelo):
Tamaño: UFO (7-10") o Mini (4-5")

Incluye imagenes del personaje como adjuntos. Ocupo vista frontal, atras, acercamientos a cara y detalles. No enviar imagenes de baja resolucion, si no, no podre tomar el pedido.

Tiene ke ser un poco mas grande, asi ke el precio seria mas caro. Tendria ke ser el de 9 pulgadas, te lo dejo a 70 dlls.
